Tiny Keeps currently delivers within South Africa.

Available delivery options and applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.

Where PUDO delivery is selected, customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery or locker information required to complete delivery.

Processing Time

Because Tiny Keeps products are personalised and/or handmade, orders require production time before dispatch.

I'd put your actual promise here once you've decided it, for example:

Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for your order to be made before dispatch.

Don't promise 3–8 days unless you know you can consistently achieve it.

Delivery Time

Delivery times displayed or communicated are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times begin after an order has been completed and dispatched, rather than from the date on which the order was placed.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking or collection information after dispatch.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer may be charged to the customer where legally permissible and reasonably incurred.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, contact us at info@tinykeeps.co.za and we will assist in investigating the delivery with the relevant courier/delivery provider.
