Welcome to Tiny Keeps. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Our Products

Tiny Keeps creates personalised keepsakes, including personalised leather products and custom photo magnets.

Because many of our products are handmade and personalised, slight variations in colour, texture, positioning, stamping and finish may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not necessarily considered defects.

Natural leather may vary in grain, markings and colour. Hand-punched lettering may also have slight variations in spacing and depth.

Personalisation

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, wording, photographs and other personalisation information submitted with an order are correct.

Please check your information carefully before completing your purchase.

Once production of a personalised product has begun, changes may not be possible.

Photo Uploads

Customers must only upload photographs or images that they have the right or permission to use.

Photographs uploaded for personalised products will only be used as reasonably necessary to fulfil the customer's order and operate our business, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

The price displayed at checkout, together with any applicable delivery charges, will be the amount payable before an order is confirmed.

Tiny Keeps reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for.

Payment

Orders will only enter our production process once payment has been successfully received or confirmed.

Payments are processed through our selected third-party payment provider. Tiny Keeps does not directly store customers' complete card details.

Handmade Products

Every Tiny Keeps item is made or assembled with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor differences between product photographs and the finished product may occur.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and the natural characteristics of materials.

Intellectual Property

All Tiny Keeps branding, product photography, designs, written content and other original website material remain the property of Tiny Keeps unless otherwise stated.

They may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.
